DAY 01: ARRIVAL IN KATHMANDU
Upon arrival at Tribhuwan International airport in Kathmandu , meet our airport representative and transfer to the hotel .Overnight at Kathmandu
Day 02: Kathmandu -Mountain flight -Sightseeing.
In the morning one hour Everest flight (Mountain flight.)Then we will have breakfast and full day Sightseeing tour of KATHMANDU valley -the most popular place in the kingdom was known as kantipur in earlier times. The tour highlights are the Living Goddess "Kumari" who appear on the balcony of her temple to greet her devotes; Kastamandap temple, the temple made out of single tree and name Kathmandu is derived from; Durbar square and drive to SOYAMBHUNATH which lies on top of hill is the Buddhist sanctuary said to be nearly 2000 years old. The hill itself is pleasant place overlooking the entire valley of Kathmandu . The all seeing eyes of Lord Buddha painted in prominent blue atop the dome are visible from long distance from around the Kathmandu valley.
Day 03: Kathmandu - Patan- Bhatapur -Nagarkot.
After breakfast. PATAN CITY of fine arts and crafts. It is in this town that world famous brass; bronze and copperware works are all done by hand. The tour highlights are shikhara style Krishna Mandir, Patan Durbar Square ; Hiranya Varna mahavihar , the golden roofed Buddhist Monastery, mahaboudha Temple , the temple of thousand Buddha and visit to Industrial Estate and Tibetan handicraft center where one can see a live demonstration of carpet weaving by hand.
After noon Sightseeing tour of BHAKTAPUR, the best restored of the medieval Royal cities of the valley. The Sight-seeing tour includes the famous " Golden Gate " "palace of 55 Windows" and the " Nyatapola Temple " the valley's tallest temple and drive to Changunarayan considered to be the oldest temple extant in Kathmandu valley, the temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and was built in 323 A.D. by King Hari Dutta malla. The temple is richly decorated with sculptures and carvings. There after proceed to Nagarkot hilltop for close views of the Himalayas Mountains . Overnight at Nagarkot Hotel
Day- 04 : Kathmandu - whter water rafting.
Drive to Charaudi for 3 hours, the rafting put-in-point. Meet raft crew. The leader of the raft will give short briefing on safety procedure. Whole day we encounter several big-small rapids but the main interesting one is after Majhimtar which is just before the "upset" rapid and according to the Colorado river rating scale this rapid has been rated from 3 to 4. . All tricky rapids bear Nepali name as well as common names, which will be told by the rafter.
Lunch will be served on the beach of the river just before going through the Upset rapids. Shortly after lunch we will encounter another rapid known as "surprise". It is indeed, for the current accelerates and the rapids increase in size and frequency. Overnight at Kuringhat camp.
Day-05 : Rafting - Kathmandu
After breakfast, we continue raft-encountering Mugling & Simaltal rapid and pass another river Marshyangdi River , which has flowed down, from manang valley. Arrive put-out-point, drive to Kathmandu .
Day-06 : Kathmandu .
Whole day leisure for shopping.
Day 07 : Depature
Transfer from hotel to International Airport to board onward journey flight.
