After Breakfast full day sightseeing proceeds to world heritage site to Syambhunath Stupa The Buddhist sanctuary said to be nearly 2000 years old. The hill itself is pleasant place overlooking the entire valley of Kathmandu. The all seeing eyes of Lord Buddha painted in prominent blue atop the dome are visible from long distance from around the Kathmandu city. Then proceed to patan durbar squar also call Lalitpur the city full of fine arts. It cover the dozen of temples like Krishna Mandir, Kumbeswor temple, Golden temle. Next site proceed to Pashupatinath Temple the holiest Hindu Temple situated on the bank of sacred holy river Bagmati. Sightseeing continues to the Boudhanath Stupa the biggest Stupa around inhabited by Tibetan Refugee since 1959AD. The day ends at Kathmandu Durbar Squar where can visti the Living Goddes Kumari who appear on the balcony of her temple to greet her devotees, Kastamandap temple (Though now it is under reconstruction process after collapsed in earthquake in 25 April 2014), the temple made out of single tree and named Kathmandu as it was known as Kantipur in earlier times. Breakfast served in the early morning and drive to Kathmandu airport for your domestic flight to Lukla. It’s takes approximately 25 minutes. There’ll be time to explore the village whilst the Sherpa crew sort and load equipment. From Lukla we descend on a wide trail northwest to the village of Chomlung in the Dudh Kosi valley. The valley radiates energy through beautiful pine and rhododendron forest. The walking is easy and we follow the river’s course, passing through the village of Ghat. Our destination is the small village of Phakding.

After the breakfast, we start our journey to Namche Bazaar, from Phakding we head up valley on a busy trail. Continue along beside the Dudh Kosi amongst beautiful alpine scenery, through the fragrant blue pine and fir forest, glimpsing spectacular views of Kusum Kangru (6369m) and Thanserku (6608m) along the way. Our lunch spot in Monjo, Leaving Monjo, we again cross the Dudh Kosi, to the western bank at Jorsale prior to trekking through the entrance to the Sagarmatha National Park. Continuing upstream along the banks to the confluence of the Bhote Kosi and Dudh Kosi, it is here we begin our first sustained ascent to Namche Bazaar after crossing the large suspension bridge. Walking at a slow pace, we have a fantastic photographic opportunities as the peaks of Everest (8848m), Lhotse (8511m), Nuptse (7879m), Ama Dablam (6856m) and Taweche (6542m) come into view for the first time. Climbing again, the path takes us through pine trees to reach the distinctive horse- shoe shaped bowl containing the village of Namche Bazaar. Stay in the heart of the village, with the afternoon free to bargain in the shops for “Tibeta artifacts, relax over a cup of tea and talk with our experienced Trekking guides and simply marvel at the beautiful scenery.

Full day to acclimatize Exploring Namche and Sherpa culture. Wake up early in the morning and climb to the ridge above Namche will be rewarded with the stunning sunrise over the panorama of the Khumbu peaks. Namche is famous for its local market or bazaar. Each week, Sherpas from the surrounding villages come to buy food and to socialize. Any food not grown locally, such as rice, corn and some vegetables is brought in from the lowland village, which can be up to a 6-10 day walk from Jiri. Spend the morning exploring this colorful and lovely spectacle. Perhaps walk along the Thame Valley in the afternoon or visit the National Park Headquarters to see the interesting displays of Sherpa lifestyle and culture, mountaineering in the park, flora and fauna.

After Breakfst we trek out of the village bowl and follow a small trail high above the Dudh Kosi River, where the views are incredible, behind to the west, the ridge of Nupla and Kwangde Himal (6194m), across the valley to the south, the towering ice- fluted walls of Thamserku (6623m), and Everest looms above ridge, a black triangular rock, “Sagarmatha.” On a small ridge across the valley, the monastery of Thyangboche can be seen, a against the gigantic mountain background. Ascending towards Khumjung, visit the Everest View Hotel on route, where coffee or hot chocolate and views of Everest are the order of the day! We descend to Khumjung and after staying in the more westernized town of Namche Bazaar, these village make a welcome change. Here tourism has hardly changed the life of the Sherpas. The afternoon has been left free to assist with further acclimatization.

After breakfast, we descend to the west of the village down the broad valley leading to the Dudh Kosi River. The Gokyo route is turn north, climbing above the more frequented route to Tengboche and Everest Base Camp. This ridge descends from Khumbila(5716m), above the patron god of the Khumbu. From the ridge, the trails descend in a series of steep switchbacks down a sandy slope to the Dudh Koshi and we’ll arrive in Phortse Thanghka.

The trails climbs steeply out of the valley through rhododendron forests which give way to fragrant stands of juniper and large conifers as the elevation increases. This trek is especially beautiful in spring when the rhododendron are blooming. The trails passes many kharkas, summer settlements used when Sherpas bring herds of yaks to graze in these high pastures. The route passes through the settlements of Tongba (3950m) and Gyele (3960m) to Dole where there’re few hotels and also Dole National Park check post. The views of Khumbila and Twachee (6542m) are tremendous throughout day, and it is possible to climb a ridge behind Dole for an even broader view up and down the valley.

From Dole the trail climbs to Lambara at 4330m and Luza at 4360m. The trails is steep in most places as it climbs through all the kharkas on this side of valley. The trails continue to climb along the side of the valley, high above the river, crossing sandy spurs to Machhermo at 4470 meters. It was in Machhermo in 1974 that Yeti killed three yaks and attached a Sherpa woman. This is the most credit yeti incident ever reported, so be watchful as you visit this reason may encounter with Yeti.

The trail climbs a ridge for an excellent view both down the valley to Kantega and up towards Cho Oyu (8153m). Beyond the ridge the valley widens as the trail passes through Pangka at 4390m then descends to the river bank before beginning of climb on to the terminal moraine of the Noozumpa Glacier. It’s a steep climb up the moraine, switch backing alongside the stream to the first small lake at 4650m, where a family of green Braminy ducks resides. The trail now becomes almost level at 4690m and finally Gokyo at 4790m.

After breakfast, trek around Gokyo Ri the views in the Gokyo region are tremendous. For the best view, climb to Gokyo Ri Gokyo-Ri (5357m/17575ft) the small peak above the lake. This peaks of 5357m, it’s a 2 hours climb to the top of the peak, providing a panoramic view of Cho Oyu (8201m) Everest (8848m), Lhotse (8516m), Makalu (8468m) many more snow caped mountain surrounding. Those with more time and energy can make a trip up the valley to another lake marked with the name Noozumpa on the maps or even beyond to a fifth lake. There’re several small peaks in this region that offer vantage points for the surrounding peaks.

After Breakfast at the hotel, take a leisurely stroll back down the trail to pass the second lake Tawoche Tsho. About halfway between the first and second lakes a trail leads of across the moraine of the east over look the board, rubble-covered Ngozumpa Glacier said Nepal’s longest, gouged out beneath a wall of towering peaks on it’s south-eastern flank and then climb up the moraine and cross the kilometer wide glacier to the tiny summer hamlet of Tangag.

Today we have to pass Cho-La (or Chhugyuma- 5420m). The pass is not difficult but it is steep and involves a glacier crossing on the eastern side climbs grazing lands over a hill that eventually lead to the flags that mark the narrow neck. An ice axe, crampons and a rope are often necessary for negotiating the small icefall at the foot of glacier on the other side of the pass, although in ideal condition there’re no technical problems and there is a trail of sorts in the rocks beside the icefall. The western approach to the pass varies in difficulty depending on the amount of snow. The pass is not possible for yaks and usually not suitable for heavily laden porters. Mt. Kyajo Ri (6,159m/20,106ft) and Mt. Phari Lapcha (6,017m/19,440ft) towering both side of Cho-La glacier and both peak are very famous for peak climbing with a special permit from NMA (Nepal Mountaineering Association). South view that include impressive Cholatse, Baruntse, Lobuche West and out to Pyaramidal Ama Dablam. Descent requires walking down the glacier followed by a boulder scramble to easier terrain below down to the summer grazing hamlet of Dzonglha.

Today is a short and gentle walk approximately 2 hour down the valley and around the ridge below Abi Peak before heading northeast up a gradual slope to Lobuche. Rest in Lovuche after a tough and hard ascend and descend long yesterday walk.

Wonderful and rewarding day, first final destination of this trip to Everest Base Camp set out on the opposite the dreaded icefall-the most dangerous section of the Everest Summit. Rocky trail is in busy in April/May with porters carrying in supplies and the site is a riot of colorful tents perched on the ice. Everest Base Camp is the main camp for mountaineers and Trekkers feel very happy to arrive Everest Base Camp as it makes a Life time memories for the adventure fulfillment. Retrace back from Everest Base Camp to Gorak Shep.

Early in the morning climb up to Kalapattar the second final destination of this trip to view sunrise awakening of the Himalayan chain along with 3600 Degree Outstanding spectacular view of numerous sky towering mountains including Mt. Everest (8848m), Mt. Lhotse (8516m), Mt.Lhotse Shar (8382m), Mt.Cho Oyu (8201m), Mt. Pumari (7165m), Mt. Khumbtse (6639m), Mt. Numptse (7864m), Mt. Amadablam (6814m), Mt.Changtse (7550m), Mt.Cholatse6335m), and many more other peaks that crowd the horizon the all directions. Down back to Grak Shep for breakfast and then retrace to Lobuche continuing south on the Everest-Lukla trail to Pheriche for a lower and warmer night.

After descending from ultimate descent, today is an easier walk to the lower altitudes. We follow the wide alpine valley Continue down to Orsho, then on through Lower Pangboche and down to Deboche, reaching our lodge at Thyangboche in the afternoon. Thyangboche is set in a beautiful meadow, high on a ridge surrounded by towering Himalayan peaks. A peaceful, tranquil position, surely one of the wonders of the world and the Thyangboche Monastery is spectacularly situated. The monastery dominated by the gompa with its prayer flags and mani stones was founded in 1916 as a meditation center.

Follow a similar trail through a forest of juniper, rhododendron and go down to Phukitenga, you continue on to cross the Dudh Kosi for a steep descent to Trashinga. After lunch at Shanasa you make you way back to Namche Bazaar. Following a steep descent passing the Bhote Kosi, crossing the river, follow the bank to Jorsale, then to Monjo.

This morning you will depart Monjo and continue your descent along the Dudh Kosi, before making a final ascent to reach the Lukla plateau by mid afternoon. On arrival in Lukla you will have time to relax and celebrate the completion of your trek.

The instruction for Trekking equipment check list is a guide line for our valuable clients. This following materials mostly apply from 3,000m to 5,500m Himalayan Base Camp to more strenuous trip to do high passes like three passes trekking, Apulapcha pass trekking, Throng-La pass trekking. Even we always recommend light hiking and trekking, keep in in mind all of our trekkers and hikers supported with luggage store allowing to bring suitcase which will be waiting you at our hotel in Kathmandu and Pokhara during your trekking. The “Advanced Trekking equipment check list” Will be provided on your further corresponding for challenging high passes trekking. Our porters carry the luggage to make your travel light carrying just a day pack containing the snacks, a camera, water bottle, and a light jacket or fleece. When we you will stay at the lodge, All of the food, accommodation and the bedding is provided but we suggest to carry your own sleeping bag to avoid the chill at night and change of clothes, personal hygiene. Most travelers prefer to check a suitcase for the flight and use their rucksack and a small daypack for the trekking.
While we have suggested some of specific recommendations below, your own experience, personal preferences, and comfort oneself work ultimately the best roll which is the most important factor depending on you what to bring for the trip.

Please choose the shoes carefully being own prime consideration. Boots can be low-cut or mid-ankle, but we recommend sturdy sole such as Sportiva, Gore-Tex or any one which should be very comfortable to walk
Trekking Rucksack and Sleeping bag:
Your sleeping bags should be kept dry using waterproof stuff sacks, bin-liners or large plastic bags. Sleeping bag (good to –10 to -20 degree) is better.
2-3 pieces of water proof empty sacks to keep your goods warm and dry.
