Kathmandu is a beautiful city, full of history and culture. Spend your first day exploring the ancient temples and monuments such as Swayambhunath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, and Kathmandu Durbar Square.
On the second day, head to Nagarkot, a scenic hill station located about 32 km east of Kathmandu. Enjoy the panoramic views of the Himalayas, including Mt. Everest, and watch the sunrise or sunset from one of the many viewpoints. Then, drive to Bandipur, a picturesque hilltop town known for its traditional Newari architecture, narrow streets, and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.
After a night in Bandipur, continue your journey to Pokhara, a city located on the shores of Phewa Lake. Spend the first day exploring the city, including the World Peace Pagoda, Davis Falls, and the International Mountain Museum. On the second day, hike to the Australian Camp, a beautiful viewpoint that offers breathtaking views of the Annapurna Range.
From Pokhara, head to Palpa, a small town located about 70 km away. Spend some time exploring the town’s historic buildings, including the Rani Mahal, a beautiful palace built in the 19th century. Then, continue your journey to Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha. Visit the Maya Devi Temple and the Ashoka Pillar, both of which are important Buddhist pilgrimage sites.
Finally, head to Chitwan National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its diverse wildlife, including tigers, rhinos, and elephants. Spend the first day exploring the park on a jeep safari or a guided walking tour. On the second day, enjoy some leisure time, such as swimming in the hotel pool, exploring the nearby villages or markets, or taking part in some cultural activities like Tharu Cultural Show.

Arrive in Kathmandu, relax at the hotel. Explore Durbar Square, visit pagodas, Swayambhunath Stupa, Pashupatinath, and Bodnath Stupa in the evening. Experience spiritual traditions and pilgrim devotion.
Witness sunrise over the Himalayas, then drive to Bhaktapur Durbar Square, a UNESCO site with historical significance. In the afternoon, explore Nagarkot for stunning mountain views at sunset.
Post breakfast, travel to Bandipur, situated on a narrow saddle at 1,000 meters elevation, nestled between 1,300-meter-high mountain peaks. The main street accommodates two to three- story houses, surrounded by sloping gardens accessible by stairs.
Morning journey to Pokhara, enjoying Manaslu views. Reach Pokhara at 850m, check in near Lake Phewa. Next day, sunrise at Sarangkot, explore Pokhara Valley, boat trip on Lake Phewa.
Drive 110 km via Tansen to Lumbini, passing through a scenic landscape with forests, rivers, and terraces. Explore Tansen’s ancient charm. Lumbini, believed to be Buddha’s birthplace, features temples and King Ashoka’s pillar.
After breakfast, proceed to Chitwan National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for diverse wildlife. Encounter rhinoceros, Royal Bengal tigers, elephants, antelopes, leopards, and more. Enjoy a Tharu cultural show. Day 9 offers activities like elephant safari, 4WD safari, crocodile breeding station visit, canoe trip on Rapti River, bird watching, jungle hikes, and exploration of the elephant breeding center.
