The Langtang Valley Helicopter Tour is a fantastic one-day trip that lets you explore the Langtang Valley and its surrounding peaks and glaciers. The trip begins with a helicopter taking off from Kathmandu airport and flying to Kyanjin Gompa via Gosainkunda Lake. Kyanjin Gompa is the highlight of the Langtang Trek, and it offers a 360-degree panorama of the Himalayas.
Once you reach Kyanjin Gompa, the helicopter will land, and you will have 30 minutes to enjoy tea or coffee while taking in the breathtaking views of Langtang and other mountains. You can also take photos of the stunning landscapes of mountains, pastures, glaciers, and yaks before flying back to Kathmandu. The trip takes around 2 to 3 hours.

6:00 am – Pick up from your hotel in Kathmandu and transfer to the airport.
6:30 am – Check-in for the Langtang Valley Helicopter Tour and board the helicopter.
7:00 am – Take off from Kathmandu airport and enjoy the scenic flight towards Langtang Valley via Gosainkunda Lake.
8:00 am – Land at Kyanjing Gompa and spend 30 minutes exploring the area, taking photos, and enjoying tea or coffee with a stunning view of the mountains and glaciers.
8:30 am – Board the helicopter and start the return flight to Kathmandu.
9:30 am – Arrive back at Kathmandu airport and transfer back to your hotel.
